A doctor to referr and arrangement with the facility mostly the hospital handles this but any recommending doctor could also handle it.
They have a good physical therapy department. The food is pretty bad and some of the patients are like zombies. The rooms are shared. Although there is a tv for each bed with headphones. Don't stay longer than you have to.
