You need an appt plus title signed by person you purchased from your id and Bill of sale. Just go to the website for more info & to make appt
Check the DMV website and call as you need an appointment during Covid. They will want the vehicle present to verify the VIN and your bill of sale. Not sure about proof of insurance but I would have it with me. Also your drivers license to show your a resident. Good luck!
