I had an experience when I recieved a damaged box with missing item inside. Of course I failed a claim and after that I see that UPS tries to delivery me something under the same trucking number. Later I saw a mark DELIVERED. It was nothing of course as I assumed. Millions attempted by chat, email, phone person try to figured out what's going on with my claim. Nobody cares at all. Only after my message in Facebook I finally recieved a call from Damaged Group. In the end they sent all information about a result of investigation to a sender and no one notification to me. I initiated all processe and I didn't receive answer. They sent all results about investigation to shipper who said me I don't care about your parcel either you recieved it or not. Perfect work!!!

One thing I noticed with UPS and USPS they hired way too many young kids, some don't seems to care by checking delivery package is delivered to the right address, or they dont have the maturity level to understand the importance of placing package to owners front door. One day as I was leaving my gated apartment I noticed this FedEx guy trying to throw a delivery package over the fence and as I was leaving I told him "Hey I got the door stop throwing the package over the gate!," and when I open the door the guy looks so young like a teenager but I am sure he'll probably just turn 18 years or something and I told him "You shouldn't be throwing package over the gate even if you can't get in. Always esit for someone to open the door for you because you'll never know this package is a life saving medication or something and someone too valuable else may take it," and the guy left.
