AVOID AVOID AVOID! This place should be shut down. Go here if you want to jail because all your paperwork is messed up. This place is extremely unprofessional and if you have any issues you are SOL for real. They will price gouge you. I honestly think the minimum wage staff gets off on the power they have. There’s no management at this place. Probly some guy taking in all the money, staffing it with the absolute bare minimum.

Managers and front desk are useless. They can’t help you with anything and just say “ask your counselor” and then the counselor doesn’t know and says ask the front desk. They give you the run around until it’s to late and your back at court. If you sign up at this pile be stern and don’t let up til you get your questions answered and know what they require of you in the program.

Front desk is unprofessional and extremely rude. The previous manager was the absolute worst and was always flirting with me and because I didnt flirt back she would mark me late and refuse to allow me to go to class when I was clearly on time according to their own office clocks. Dont recommend this place at all - anywhere but here.

Rude employees. Girls at the front desk have youi standing until they finish their conversation. Baseball is more important than their job apparently. No communication. Dirty and run down .
