I regularly go to this Fedex Office location for all of my printing needs. I had a large print job that I had to go to the full service printing desk for recently, and I had the pleasure working with Eleanor. She was very attentive, friendly and was able to help me efficiently with a positive attitude. She's always friendly to everyone, which makes you forget other poor customer service I see within the store by other team members. I always enjoy working with Eleanor, and I hope she is offered growth opportunities within the company. Thanks again!

I paid $100 to have an overnight package delivered that arrived over a week late. After several calls to FedEx's customer service department as well as a call to the location where I paid for the shipment, I'm told FedEx won't reimburse me for their failure to provide the service I paid for. Numerous agents told me shipments are often delayed over the holidays and that I'd have to simply eat the cost. Never mind that I shipped the package a week after Christmas. I was never told at purchase that I'd have to assume the liability for FedEx inability to fulfill their contractual obligations. FedEx has a terrible customer service department, and I won't be use them again for future shipping needs. I strongly suggest the same to anyone reading this post.
