They have become just as bad as fedex.. -had 5 packages that were sent back to sender real fast -the guy at the store was clueless to where the package or driver was -the driver claimed the home is abandoned when its really under construction and i had a package already delivered from another company -the driver never even entered the gate to attempt delivery and did not leave a info notice for me to change my delivery... Irresponsible and a very unpleasant experience.

UPS is horrible most pathetic delivery company ever. They continuously drop off packages at my house that are not meant for me. I have called them over and over and I still get them. Now I just throw them in the trash. they leave them in my driveway when I am traveling which marks my house as being vacant for the time. I am contacting an attorney to file on several issues.

This is a terrible office. Their hours are horrible because who even has the opportunity to come between 10 am - 2 pm unless they don't have a job or had to arrange something with their job to come and then be told they need 3 or 4 different kinds of identifications to pick up a simple package. I'm picking up an envelope, not accessing the depths of medical and government records. Not to mention when you go to pick something up it may not even be there because the package is still on a truck, even though their failed attempt at delivery was days before going to the office.

Please don’t route any packages to this office. They never tried to deliver my packages, it happened many times when I got orders from amazon and retail stores, they just make me to pick up my packages at their office and the business hours are so weird, 10am-2pm weekdays and closed in the weekend, I’m literally unable to go for a pickup any day of the week

I called the old phone number and it rings and left a msg....mean ups lady called security when I asked a few times about the local van Nuys phone number...she is a mean ups supervisor and she does not wear the ups... uniform, very mean lady

I had an experience when I recieved a damaged box with missing item inside. Of course I failed a claim and after that I see that UPS tries to delivery me something under the same trucking number. Later I saw a mark DELIVERED. It was nothing of course as I assumed. Millions attempted by chat, email, phone person try to figured out what's going on with my claim. Nobody cares at all. Only after my message in Facebook I finally recieved a call from Damaged Group. In the end they sent all information about a result of investigation to a sender and no one notification to me. I initiated all processe and I didn't receive answer. They sent all results about investigation to shipper who said me I don't care about your parcel either you recieved it or not. Perfect work!!!

I know! They are holding 2 packages hostage and I want to know if I can pick them up. They arrived there almost 60 hours ago and it doesn't look like either one will be delivered today.
