If I could give a big zero I would do so, look at the picture, it took the personnel 3 weeks to finally do something when my husband told them he would buy a new stove, nobody cares and they are not reliable, no empathy, no respect for other people's time, continous no show for service, lack of communication, manager is never seen, love Damaris, terrible service, don't move here

PLEASE DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!! Parking is a hassle all the time, the appliances in the apartments are severely outdated even though their rent price is up to market value….it is nearly impossible to have maintenance fix anything in a reasonable amount of time. The maintenance men themselves are very helpful but they can only work with what their given by this very greedy complex. Multiple residents have gone up to 2 weeks without working AC due to the leasing office’s negligence. Please save your money and move somewhere with higher quality standards.
