The gentleman that helped me was very good at his job and tried to help however for my problem to be fixed i have to drive 2 hrs (salem) to get what my warranty and the insurance i pay for because it has to go through a corporate store , I have been with Verizon for 14 years bought many phones pay my bills can not understand why I have to spend half my day to get this fixed and to top it off they have to send off my phone which will leave me without a phone till they get done with whatever they think they have to do , Verizon is getting to expensive and makes things tough when its thier fault to get a new phone , however the gentleman that helped me I was very satisfied with his customer service and I thank him for that

Knowledgeable, patient, great sense of humor, courteous and kind; what's not to like. All the guys here were welcoming and respectful; a lot of 'please & thank you' in interactions I overheard. I dealt mostly with one young man. Christian T., I may not yet be a techno convert but you most certainly reaffirmed my faith in the goodness of humanity. Thank you!

I clicked on the prompt to update my phone. It said it would take 11 minutes. It's been 2 & 1/2 hours & still going. I NEED to use my phone. How do I fix this?

Call Verizon for service, wait an hour to find out that you have reached the wrong person, get transferred, wait another hour, get the wrong answer. Give up.
