We had a wonderful meal at the Otis Cafe. A nice and open space. Our server Tiffany was wonderful from the start, as she greeted and seated us on our arrival, and gave us excellent services to the end. Our meals were outstanding. We even brought home a loaf of molasses bread. Great place and wonderful people. 5 stars indeed!

One of the best breakfast places I have ever been to. Fabulous fresh food, huge portions and friendly service. The molasses bread and German potatoes are outstanding. I will be remembering this breakfast for a long time. So good! Worth the wait if there is one.

Oh yes. This is the stop. Great breakfast. So glad we stopped here. Homemade bread and biscuits. Lots of gravy. Great service. Small wait but well worth it. Really enjoyed this place.

Wow! What a great experience! We stopped by this place at the end of our week long trip to the coast and I gotta say this is the best breakfast place I’ve had in a long time. The food was excellent, cooked and seasoned perfectly. The service was fast and the servers were super friendly. The price was more than reasonable. Would 100% stop by here again.

Very small dining, and two stairs up, but there is a table in the middle where a chair can be removed and a wheelchair added. The tricky part is getting up the stairs.
Open from 7am to 3pm
Apparently, but they close at 3 pm.
They're still rebuilding, and the kitchen is non-functional.

While having a great dinner at Otis Cafe, I have seen someone coming in pick up his food, paying and walking out. I may do that when the line is too long to wait and get the food to go.
Yes they do. It is a small place so you might have to wait, but the food is great so very worth it. Once the weather gets nicer they will have outdoor seating which makes larger parties even easier to accommodate. They don't take reservations. It is first come first serve.
Yes, an institution.
