This is a large store with lots of extra features: nice artwork and frames, great staff, a number of really nice items on discount sales, ample parking, very clean and well organized. Worth a visit, for sure.

I needed to add something to a picture that was about to be framed. I called ahead and said I’d be down to change this order at a specific time. They said okay. I get there and there is one person working and a line of people waiting. After about 45 minutes an employee comes back to help but decides not to help me since she doesn’t know anything about framing and decides to leave without even asking what I need. It gets to an hour and it’s my turn. By this point I’m basically over it but try to have the patience to deal with the gentlemen who cannot find my orders (at least $1k) by name or phone number but for some reason can do so by email. I had to take the computer from the cashier to make sure they were doing things correctly because Michaels computer kept logging said cashier out for some reason. After a trying to spell my a third time I left. This is why people are over retail. Time is money. A customer should never have to wait that long in an arts and crafts store. Fuggen ridiculous.
