We took our new evolution golf cart to Echo golf carts to get a warranty done which we purchased from them a few months ago. After getting the golf cart we did not hear anything from them for about 2 weeks which was ok as it was really not that nice outside this winter so no big deal. After finally getting a hold of Debie and trying to figure out what was going on with our cart and why it was taking so long she told us that they could not figure out why our Forester golf cart would not run. At that point I decided to do some research online and found out that the motor brake could be causing the problem so I called them and informed them on that. Of course they did not have the part in stock so it took them another 3 weeks to get it from the manufacturer which is I found out in Corona and then once it got there they installed it and low and behold the cart worked. The reason for the bad review is that I had to do my homework and show them how to fix my golf cart that is in its warranty period. As far as the golf cart goes its working good now and we love our new Evolution Cart but I would suggest if shopping for an Evolution cart to simply chose another dealer as they do not seem capable of fixing common issues with this vehicle even dough they are a dealer.

I'm from the central valley and I went to pick up a cart that I purchased from a local. Throughout the process Eric and his staff were very respectful and helpful in getting the cart ready. After a few weeks process and a 12 hour round trip I am home with my new to me cart. If I lived in the city or close by I would have all my services done at Echo Carts. Great city with great people.
