I'm having a very good exsperance here today. I'm in for a rapid covid test. I think it's good the lab is here on site . It does take longer than the drive up test centers , but there's was a couple of emergencies come up so I had to waite.

Came here to this urgent care last year for Covid-19 test and front desk told me for member of Adventist Health Physicians Network insurance, test is Free! after 1 year they sent me bill to pay not even for test but also for doctor visit which I hadn't. Don't fool yourself and don't believe to front desk.

I have been a several times here. The staff is always helpful. Only disadvantage they don't have x-rays.

My experience has always been pleasant here, except the time I visited when Adrian and Ashley were assisting me at the front desk. They were very rude and acted very immature. They purposely did not compute my information in the system for 2 hours until another employee Shannon came in on her shift and put it in. Shannon was a God sent. I have not experienced such malice and vengeful behavior like that before by healthcare workers. So many patients came in after me and we’re seen before me. Mind you, I came in at 10:48 AM and I was told by Ashley the wait was about an hour. I had to ask if she can call me. She barely answered me and was really abrupt. Then, I came in again at 11:30am to get an idea of where I stand in the line and Adrian said another hour and that they will call me. So I asked what time would that be, 12 or 12:30, since I keep getting misinformed and I originally was told an hour wait. No answer. Ashley and Adrian ignored me and started mumbling amongst each other. Barely eye contact just very catty and inappropriate behavior for a medical facility. Their attitude and tone was very unacceptable and combative. They gave me a snappy answer and immediately talked to each other ignoring me. I have never seen terrible patient care in my life. They had no regard for my time and the fact I had to head back to work and give my employer an ETA. I’m sure they have done this to other patients and that’s what upsets me the most. These girls acted like they are still in middle school. However, I am thankful that my nurse Gohar was a real gem and did her best to rectify the situation. I hope the management can train Adrian and Ashley to leave any and all personal issues at the door before serving patients and to remember that they work at a professional facility. I hope this issue can be solved immediately.
