Depends on the size and options, just like any home, but I believe they start in the low 70s. Might seem a little high, but I encourage you to check out the tour. It's a pretty peaceful place
I wish it was around 70 like the previous answer. They cost more in the 127k range plus $500-$550 space rental. Just took a tour and its really pretty but quite pricey for 400 square footage.
