I have been meaning to write a review for a month now! I had such a positive experience connecting with management. Ms. Lina and Ms. Megan were super responsive and patient with me (it was my first time attempting to apply for a place on my own.) I had to go a different route ultimately, based on uncontrollable life circumstances, but they remained professional and kind despite the inconvenience of me having to choose a different direction. I appreciate this team so much and honestly still sad I won’t be privileged to have them as management, but I am excited for the next tenant who does. Thank you again. Autumn A

Jim Martindale is a consummate professional. I have leased office space from his team in the past and I use his team currently to lease & manage several residential properties.
