So I bought the ddj-rev 1 from this store because it said it was available but it wasn’t actually available? Then the next day I called to see if it was ready (they never emailed me) I drove from San Bernardino (50 mins each way) I picked up the product drove home. The next day I opened it the dj controller was used (no cord no manual etc) so I called the following to say hey why did you sell me used gear? The manager claimed she would help me get a new one shipped to San Bernardino (this was Saturday) again no call or email so I called back this past Wednesday talked to another manager she said there was no notes in the system but she would call around and get a DJ controller shipped to San Bernardino by this Friday? No apologies for wasting my time repeatedly and money for the drive. This is the reason I shop Amazon you’ve lost a life long customer for your lack of concern and inadequacy’s.

I've been coming to this guitar center since they opened. Great staff and outstandingly customer service. I recently made my own guitar, what I envisioned and what I ending up making wasn't exactly what I hoped. I told an employee, Jack I was building a guitar and show such enthusiasm and excitement about it and wanted to see it. This evening I brought the guitar in, it was so well received by Jack and another employee also customers. They played it and it was so amazing to see them having fun playing an instrument I made. That made me so happy for the first time in quite some time. I'm truly grateful for that moment and will never forget it. Thank you.

Staff is friendly enough, but almost every guitar I've played there has rusty strings, extremely out of tune. Many (new) with chips, dents, loose knobs and jacks. You go in curious, leave uninspired. It is difficult to bring yourself to pay retail when the guitars feel so horrible. I know any guitar needs set up to really shine, but 9 out of 10 have corroded ancient strings. Purchases like this are made after a connection and a feeling which is almost guaranteed not to happen. But with such a huge selection they would have to hire someone to be changing strings and tuning practically every day. Not sure what the answer is. They are open late, no one has told me to turn down an amp. I do try to respect others also trying to test out new gear and not play too loud. Despite everything I've said, I'm sure I will be back frequently. They have given me whammy bars and tuners upon request.

Guitar Center of Glendora is great place for kids and adults! Large selection of music instruments and beyond. Friendly personal. Terrific music teachers! Love their quarterly performances - all students are welcome to share the love to music and be proud of their achievements.

They relocate to glendora
No. I'm so sorry.
Karla, you can buy the strings there and put them yourself. Watch a vudeo on youtube. I'll be glad to give you a hand if you would like. I live in the city of El Monte
I'm not sure how much they charge to tune a guitar.. so easy it should be free.
