There's a bike shop up the plant complex, I've never been more than 140 lbs so I'd think some reinforced cycle, don't know if target wou look d be U'r best bet

You're better off going to a local bike shop rather than target. As much as I like target, I cannot recommend buying a bicycle from them unless it's for a little kid.
