Do they do any events for holiday there? Such as Easter egg hunts and so on. Also speaking on that term are they willing to cooperate with organizations to hold events there?

Yes they do have events and they also have movie night. you would have to get in touch with the staff wich are very helpfull and work with organizations.

Yes they do. Just get in contact with staff, and give advance notice of your event.
