I would give this place less than 0 stars if I could. Had a parent stay here. They wont let you in to see your loved ones when other hospitals are. I truly believe this is because of the state the hospital is in and they want to minimize who sees it. There was literally an entire day where all the phones were off the hook. It is clear they treat the patients as dollar bags as they give you the bare minimum in attention and service but also want to perform any and all surgeries they can charge insurance for. It is beyond disturbing that a place like this can continue to run the way it does. The people in charge should be ashamed of themselves. DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES STAY HERE. ALL THESE PEOPLE ARENT MAKING THESE BAD REVIEWS UP.

Zero stars. I’ve been hung up on way too many times to count and the ER receptionist had the nerve to laugh in my face when I asked why she would do it. This facility is awful there are simply no words to describe it. My dads a critical quadriplegic patient who was transferred over here against our wishes. We had hopes he’d be in good hands but upon his arrival despite being extremely unstable and still suffering from his recent surgery, they only gave him Tylenol. That’s it. He has a high fever and they really only gave him Tylenol. My dad has gone through 2 major spinal cord surgeries, currently has a tube inserted in his trachea and 2 other holes in his abdomen. They ONLY GAVE HIM TYLENOL and have left him to suffer for HOURS!!! Theres no doctor present whatsoever and the nurses here have no idea what they’re doing. How this place is still running is astounding. Im terrified they’re going to kill my dad, I’ve read so many reviews with people stating the same thing. He was fine at his old hospital, he was improving and doing better. Yet within a couple hours of being sent to this facility his health is declining and the nurses are not doing anything to help. Please do not come here, please sue them for malpractice! This is so terrifying it’s only been one day and this hospital has demonstrated so much negligence.

... Some patient bit thier nail off and no one noticed and the patient isn't capable of putting their hand in their mouth ..they need reviews and audit on this place by the California food and drug department of Sacramento. The social workers and the supervisors and doctors better step it up . Cause they getting the rises$ on their paycheck and being honor as front line heroes doesn't mean they should nat be securing the most weak and not able to move around . As heart attack and stroke patients are the most weak . Please some one do something. Doesn't matter who is more wealthy or not . A life is a life . ..ya need to investigate circumstances of this patient event . A family member who visited the patient noticed it .

My mom was sent here from her primary care physician after her bp shot up past 220/100. They took her in and didn't do anything for her while spending hours just sitting there. My mom left her urine sample there which was never picked up by the nurse. Neither of us could get any information, and all I was told they were too busy and was hung up on. In the end, they told my mom she didn't have an emergency and had more important cases to work on when she asked if she could go.

My son died there 9 years ago. He was only 27. Paramedics took him there. He had no insurance. He died 12 hours later
Horrible
Not the kind of place you want to take a sick child, parent or yourself unless you want to die. Myson who was 27 was taken there & died 12 hours later.
