Could be better if staff is properly trained in customer service. The speed of service depends on one of the girls there that weigh you in. Ingrid, I believe is her name, always appears to be in a bad mood and reflects in her work.

Be careful with safety at all times. They pay you with an atm machine after you scan your ticket.

Have had account with this company for 5yrs. Used in 3 other states. Had 980lbs of stainless steel. Girl at desk said as of today if you don't come regularly. Does not matter I have account hold for 3 days. Left went to next SA took in just 80lbs of stainless paid no problem took the rest elsewhere till the owner contacts me and this employee is reprimanded. I will refer everyone elsewhere
