We got the express passes and were able to do it off of our phone
I purchased my tickets online and it stated specifically in the confirmation email the tickets must be printed. My hotel printed mine for me because I purchased 1 day before the trip. Also, regarding the price of the tickets....I suggest to search around on the internet for lower prices and deals....they will be about 10 or 15 dollars lower. Check especially if you are in any savings clubs too as well....
