Yes. Should be fine. I guess it won't be crowded coz of the rain and that's a plus. Wait times were under 10 mins for most rides when I went there on a rainy day

Yes. Throw on a poncho and take a pair of flip flops to change into.

Was there on Monday, it was a bit rainy and cold. But was still good. Just take precautions.
