Would I be able to enter the park only to buy the wand, only paying for the wand, or would I have to pay the entrance fee too?

Why can't we get 0ur refund since the park closed when we were in California on vacation you need to understand we don't have the funds to take another vacation when you guys only offer to extend ticket's
