Univer is opening for the Taste of Universal you pay to be able to get 5 food choices but no rides are open starting March 12 and specific dates
Looks like Monica answered your question, let me add that there will be no rides open and lower will be closed as well. Its just food and shop and photo opportunities, but employees will not be able to take pics for guests, face covering will be enforcement, mouth and nose must be covered unless you are at a eating table.
The city walk will be open in july 9th but the actual park is closed until further notice.
