Harry Potter or Jurassic World, those have the longest lines usually. The tram line gets long but goes late during the Summer and the evening tram is fun and a little different.
I chose to go directly to Harry Potter
We started at the lower level with Jurassic Park ride then Transformers. The wait time was less than 30 mins. The Simpsons ride was the longest wait. Also if you have younger kids theres a spray park take extra clothes for them.

Star with studio tours is the best atractio.
Lots to see but yes you have to star lower level lines get longer, before living see the water show..
