They only require people to wear a face mask once you go indoors. While you're walking the park you don't need a facemask or even need to be vaccinated. They don't check if you're vaccinated before they let you into the park.

Nope, though they do require for people to be wearing a facemask. Some people don't care and don't wear it. But it's entirely up to you if you want to wear one once inside the park.
