You definitely should call Guest services or at least maybe check through the website. Worst comes to work go to the park and they should have someone help you out.

They did extend passes but contact customer service if for sure if you were unable to make it within that time period

They were offering new passes to those who purchased 2019 passes many months ago. You probably should have contacted them sooner. I agree with Albert Jones, call guest services.
