Check the guest services spot right after u enter the gates to ur right
On the universal studios website it explains about all the disabled benefits in the park
When you get there ask on of the attendants they can assist you.

Simply head to the customer service office next to the fountain with the statue and they will help you... Very nice people indeed.
You must go to guest service after you enter and tell them how many are in your group. I believe you can have up to 4. If you don't have your own scooter, I suggest getting there EARLY, otherwise they get sold out Fast

You can also ask at the gate or entrance and they'll guide you.
When you rent a wheelchair or handicap device from the park you are allowed 4 which includes the disabled individual to have an express pass for all rides. For further benefits guest services issues for multiple types of special needs to have express pass benefits. Cuts the wait down as well as a bit of easier entrance to the rides.
