Yes you can get express passes or if your handy caped you can get a mobility scooter or wheel chair and you go to the front or a special entrance. For you and your party
Yes you can buy head of the line pass but if you have a disability paperwork or card go to guest relationship and they might give you a front of line pass and this will save you money buying a head of line pass. I am a disabled gulf war veteran and they always give me a head of line pass for the whole family!!!!!
Yes they do have Express lines
If your have mobility issues you can also rent a wheelchair or electric scooter. A wheelchair or scooter seems to give the whole party a priority access to rides and attractions.
