When is universal studios opening

Reopening April 16th to California residents only. Not sure when it fully opens to non California residents.

If your annual ticket holder they say that you can reserve dates from April 15th to May 17th to get bonus days so that you can visit the park what are the General Public they're still closed until further notice go to www.universalstudios.com/ reservations

Opened April 16th to residents with reservations only. Minions ride, Simpsons ride, and all but the animal actors show is closed.
