I am a California resident and my daughter and grandsons are from Europe. Can I get the resident rate for all of them if I am buying the tickets and going with them?

I believe so as long as you the one that purchase the tickets. They will needs to see the resident address and you will have to be there too.

I don't see why not you might want to check the details inside of the resident contract for California there may or may not be some special provisions I don't have to much info on that but worth checking out

Yes can confirm . My wife didnt have a Californian ID but I did and they gave us both the resident rate.
