Yes. You may bring cell phone cameras, 35 mm cameras, video cameras, most consumer cameras are allowed. I'm not sure of their policy concerning commercial (large) cameras. In addition, you may photograph and film most of the theme park. Certain areas are prohibited however. They will kindly make those areas known, as it pertains to the attraction you intend to experience.

Yes. I just use my cellphone but Ive seen people with cameras. If you go on the VIP tour some areas are prohibited from taking pictures but they will let you know.
Yes and on Halloween Horror Nights, you can take pictures/video inside the houses, as long as you don't use flash.
Yes the Wi-Fi network of them will detect. How are you using it. But like myself I do allow them to see it.
