YES THEY proved one for MY COUSIN and Shuttle WHEN necessary to TAKE escalators.

They have suppor for people with wheelchair as I saw some. The better is to ask them directly as I'm not familiar with their way of doing it

I personally did not see anywhere to rent a wheelchair. I would Google Universal Studios customer care and inquire prior to your trip. Just to be on the safe side 👍
