Yup. Once you buy your ticket you get access to all the rides. The only thing it'll cost you is your time. Some of the lines can get pretty long.

Yes it is, you have a choice of buying an express ticket so you can skip the line on rides. A bit expensive but can be worth it if you are interested in the big rides.
