The Shrek ride was under construction when I was there a month ago
I went three days ago and all of the rides were open and working during regular park hours. During the Halloween Horror Nights special event though, not all rides are open.

You would have to check the park app and the park wait time boards. From when I went there in July 2019, Jurassic World tended to shut down from time to time but other than that, you would need to check.
Rosalba if you lose your ticket you should be able to go to the guest assistance window with your ID and reciept of purchase and they should be able to print another one out for you
