i live in santa clarita california. can i return apparrel to walmart yet ? if not, why don't you accept the returns and quaratine them for 48 hours like some other stores ?

Certian items may be returned wirh a receipt but im not sure. J C Penny and target do. So check w walmart if not then bring your business elsewhere.
