Lived in quite a few apartments in LA and I'll say IMT Stevenson Ranch has the best maintenance crew of all time! Not that there's many issues with my unit but when anything comes up that I need fixing they come in with a great attitude and don't mind explaining the issue and how they handle it. Always love the professionalism!

What a dump! Lived here about 3 years ago. Super unsafe. Lazy security guard who are in cahoots with the trouble makers. Got my car broken into. Management couldn't care less. Well that okay, we left a bunch of stuff in the apartment when we moved. And not paying move out costs. Also, Cockroaches a plenty in the apartments. And no I'm not referring to the staff. Oh yeah, they are cockroaches too.

I just finished helping my parents move in at IMT Stevenson Ranch. Honestly, I was a little surprised by the amount of documents and verification procedures that were required at first. However, the leasing consultant named Tanna helped us go over everything that was needed and made it easier for us to prepare and provide what's required. We were glad that she was always responsive to e-mails and patiently answered all of our questions during the application process. My parents are very happy with the decision to move there as it is such a safe and beautiful environment overall. So far they have been really enjoying all the amenities including the nice gym with a view. The staff here are all very friendly and we would like to especially thank Tanna for all of her help during the process.

I couldn't have asked for more relaxed living. The apartments are spacious with high-ceilings at a decent price. The space feels new/recently refurbished. Always free parking spaces close to my place and a valet trash service. Other residents are quiet and considerate which is a plus. Hollywood/Studio City is usually just a 25-30 min drive, worth the distance in my opinion versus the over-priced/congested apartments around there. The office lady Kirsten was very nice and did an awesome job setting me up with this apartment. My roommate had bailed last second, but she was still able to switch my application to a 1 bed with a great view in less than a day. I was then moved in by the next! Highly Recommended, Cheers!

No matter how you choose to schedule a tour, you will have three easy touring options to choose from: (a) In-Person guided tour with a leasing consultant, (b) Self-Guided tour on your own, and (c) Live-Video tour via Zoom with a leasing consultant.
