As a exercise teacher who visits FountainGlen Stevenson Ranch three times a week for classes, I would like to comment on the new manager there, Mandy Roungsuriyaviboon. I and all of the students in my classes are so appreciative of her friendliness and professionalism. I teach 22 classes a week at various 55+ sites in the Santa Clarita and San Fernando Valleys, and sometimes overhear complaints from residents at different facilities as the students chat with each other. I hear nothing but praise from the residents here for Mandy, and I agree : Her contribution to the overall positive atmosphere is enormous. She is always friendly, and available to answer questions and deal with problems. Not incidentallly, the maintenance staff - Reina, Jorge and Alberto - has always been highly regarded by the residents. So Mandy is a wonderful addition to the sense of well being that the residents have about the quality of their life here. I highly recommend that you check out this facility. Regards, Sarah Lowman
