The car RV buying experience is usually a difficult and stressful process. I'm here to tell you, Camping World Valencia exceeded our expectations. We got a great deal on a Sabre 36BHQ, thousands cheaper than any other dealer. Our sales rep Andrea Sepulveda was great!! She was very responsive to my questions/concerns and made my wife and I feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Then we connected with Frank Suarez in finance who was outstanding as well. Listening to our demands and made the process even easier. The one hiccup was with service and detail, where the unit was not repaired completely from the original due bill. We waited a bit longer than we should have, but Rene did an excellent job explaining our new Sabre to us. Absolutely could not be more happy with the Camping World team. On to new adventures.

My experience with them has been phenomenal. My sales representative Andrea was very helpful , she thoroughly explained the whole process and showed us around. She got us approved within 2 days . Also Frank the service representative was very helpful and kind they even delivered our Trailer for free which was huge. Thank you again for your amazing help and keep up the good work . I'm only giving two stars because the sales department was very helpful. The parts/service department couldn't be a bigger hassle. They don't honor their warranty. It's very difficult to get someone on the phone or get a call back regarding a parts order. It's like no one over there talks to each other. After several months I finally received replacement parts for my new travel trailer. Parts that were broken or missing when I picked up the travel trailer. When the parts arrived one was damaged and the other was not the correct part. Now Camping World needs measurements for the new part. I wouldn't recommend purchasing a trailer from Camping World Valencia. Sales is great, good luck with parts and service.
