I’m not a fan of posting bad reviews, however with the horrible customer service I received tonight I feel compelled to. I go to this Starbucks often and the staff is typically very friendly and polite. This evening however, the lady working the drive thru went out of her way to show that she was not happy I was ordering at 8:30pm. This was a rare occasion in which the worker came off as both rude and angry. I certainly understand that people/ employees can have bad days or off days from time to time, however there’s a point at which a line needs to be drawn and that employee should consider finding another job which doesn’t require customer service.

I went through the drive thru yesterday morning a little before 7. There was a lady working the drive thru who took my order and she was amazing!! Best service I have had at this star bucks. Very friendly and sounded happy to be there ❤️
