+ Breakfast staff was amazing and the ladies made some incredible food for a free breakfast. + Staff was kind and understanding every time I interacted with them. Biggest Con - My room had bedbugs, did a sweep of the beds when I first checked in but after the second night found a lot of bites and sure enough found a bedbug when I checked the unused mattress a second time. I know this is a hotel with lots of traffic, but finding a bed bug after being in the room for a few nights raises concerns on bringing them home so this is not a location I will be returning to and unfortunately will not be returning

Positive: The staff are so nice. And everyone is so helpful including the cleaning crew and the kitchen crew. Negative: There was nothing. It like coming home everybody knows you already. The only think is the hotel price for two nights was very pricey. I have stayed at this hotel for a lot less.

I stay at IHG hotels on a regular basis, due to my business travels and leisurely when I can. I see the good while staying at IHG hotels, and the really good. My regular stays at the Holiday Inn in Round Rock Texas, are phenomenal. The location is great for my needs, the facilities are always kept clean, and the staff is second to none. Will, the General Manager, is most helpful whenever I need it. The real reason for writing this review is Kim, behind the front desk. Besides her daily job, I have seen her help the outside maintenance team keep the exterior entry foyer clean, I have seen her help the inside cleaning crew help in keeping the concierge area clean and presentable, and to many times to count the personal service she has rendered for me. She addresses me by name, welcomes me when I arrive for my stay, and wishes me a good day when I leave. She is friendly when working with other customers and works well with the rest of the staff. Well done, Kim.

Not a terrible place to stay at all, but it's about time for a refurb. Carpets could be replaced. There was something attached to the bathroom wall (hair dryer?) that at some point had been ripped out, and the holes were never patched. Front desk is friendly, but a bit disorganized. Several in our party were double charged, and when we went to settle it at the desk, there was another gentleman who had also been over/double charged. Seems like upper management needs to drop in and verify that the proper process is in place.
