Very disappointed in having to even write this review but management/ staff sincerely do not care abt their tenets they seem to be just money hungry. Ive never dealt with a staff who was so careless. the applying process took forever. Upon moving in our lock was not attached correctly all we had to do was push the door and it'd open. theres paint splatters everywhere on the floors, cabinets, spiders/ roaches in the light futures. Our washer/ dryer was not available for our first few weeks when moving in, and then was delivered a broken dryer. Maintenance felt free to actually just walk into my apartment when requesting they let me know beforehand as i wfh. Also visited the sauna Feran the "manager" almost LOCKED me in the sauna!!!! her response she didnt know anyone was in there. Police visited our building multiple times at one point i couldn't get up to my building because there was 6 police men with their guns out surrounding my building i reached out to the office to ask what was even going on and they knew nothing nor knew the police was there. they evict tents and leave their belongs thrown outside in the building. theres always trash built up everywhere. they claim to be a no smoking facility but just walking outside smells like marjiuanna everywhere. they don't ever answer phone calls, emails until they need something from you. My lease ends this month in June and i spoke to the staff more than 30 days prior for not renewing my lease & this month i was hit with $485 more because they stated I did not give a notice. i called and explained to Feran that i spoke to her staff and let them know that I was not going to renew after inquiring about a different floorplan and was not given any paperwork. Her response (as a manager) to me was that her colleague whos shes worked with for many years she knows she would not forget to give me paperwork lol and theres nothing she can do and maybe i can reach out to my new apartments and see if they can change something for me.... Please save yourself the headache and move elsewhere. Its not worth it and the whole staffs responses are literally pathetic

Residence safety is not a concern for Arrington Ridge. I had such a bad experience this week. A snake (Texas Ratsnake) to be specific was in my apartment on Wednesday night and I could not get a hold of anyone. This was URGENT and I left multiple voicemails to the emergency maintenance line and they called back stating it was not their responsibility to do anything about it. I got hung up by 911. Pest/animal control stated it was my apartments responsibility. I was extremely afraid and alone at the moment and NO ONE could help me. At this time it has been 2 days since the incident and the office has been no help, giving me the run around to different numbers. When all I request is to have the apartments take responsibility and provide a solution by ATLEAST having pest control come to my apartment so this incident does not occur again. I need a solution because I no longer feel safe at my apartment and with the office not taking action I feel my safety and other residents is not a concern to them.

After searching throughout Austin, Round Rock, and Georgetown, I finally found a place I can call home. Arrington Ridge Apartment is beautiful, spacious, and peaceful. Fairenl and Brianna were patient with us and helpful. Very friendly, respectful, and professional in their work. I will extremely recommend Arrington Ridge Apartment for anyone who is looking for a place to live.

I have been here since March 2021. My apartment has had several issues all due to water. Not sure if it was because of the freeze in February. Now the toilet in my bathroom high pitch screeches. I spoke to maintenance in person and it was blown off. I was actually working from home at the time and could be home at that time. Now I am back at work and my teenage son has to be home so they won't enter my apartment which is understandable. However they will not come to fix it on a weekend when I can be there. It should be some exceptions to the rules in some cases especially when part of the blame is due to maintenance not addressing the issues when they are brought up. I pay my rent on time and I feel I should enjoy my apartment when I am home. Some people cannot take off work Monday through Friday so this is the problem I am having. It's very unfortunate because the apartments are beautiful and its really quiet here for the most part.
