I do love my HEB. Several years ago I would walk almost every aisle looking for treasure. I often left with way more items than I intended. Now, the shopping experience has been ruined by the store pickers for online orders. These people are on a mission to fill their orders. They park the huge carts and have no regard for the instore customer. Most are oblivious to anything around them. Not exactly rude, but not considerate. There is more aggressive cart driving by myself and other shoppers as these cart block a large amount of space and we are just trying to go around and get out as soon as possible. I only pick up the items on my list and often skip those when the HEB pickers are out in force.

We went in to get 4 packages of two pack salmon patties that are made fresh in the store. There was only two packages left and I asked an employee if there were more. I was told but they could more and it would take around 15 minutes. We continued to shop for the rest of our list then went back by the meat market but there still wasn’t any salmon patties. We decided to check out and take our chances at one of the other HEB stores to get some more patties. The meat market employee finished making the patties, looked ALL THE WAY FROM THE BACK OF THE STORE, SAW US IN LINE AND CALLED THE CASHIER TOTELL US THE PATTIES WERE READY!! Thank you for saving us a trip to another store!! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I called this HEB thinking that they would be able to help me locate a NOK for an ex-employee of HEB RR #1.. The first lady that answered was very nice. She transferred me to someone and when I explained to her what I needed she told me that they did not have no one there by that name and hung up on me!! RUDE RUDE. My issue is important and she made me feel that she did not care about what my needs were!! Get better people that like their jobs to answer phones for customer service. I couldn't say "Oh HEB was so nice to help me out with that information"!!! If she could not help me she could have referred me to someone that could. People like that make people like me in the customer service industry do comments like these!! The first HEB (512-88-0806) I called was just as rude!! Thank you

Yes mam we do for the month of and the next month has to be in same county.
If HEB sells it as a part of the grocery list, then they will deliver it for a fee but not the same type delivery as a florist.
Workers are required to wear masks. The store flip flops on whether to require patrons to wear masks based on the Texas Governor.

I would check their website, app if you have it installed on your phone, or call the store directly. Different stores sell different items. If you check with the store directly, you'll get a more def answer. I doubt anyone from this store monitors this webpage. Good luck!
