I understand Exactly where you're coming from I do see that and I respect your policies but the way i was approached surprised me being i had read almost all of your reviews with 4/5 stars.. That's all I'm saying. as going to rent a unit but I decided not to because thr lady was actually very rude . They require you to wear a mask or no service . She came out and first thing she shoved at me was, I'm recover8ng ftom covid you need a mask and if you don't have one then I'm sorry and she was rude and kinda was rushing ne to tell her what I needed . Just very bad 👎

This place is great! Cassandra and her husband are wonderful as well as very personable. She even makes homemade cookies to grab when you walk in. I wasn't sure on the size of storage unit I needed and she helped me choose exactly what was best for me. It's very clean and pricing is very reasonable! I had such a great experience with the owners and would highly recommend you choose AAA Storage Round Rock! Thank you for the great hospitality every time I walk in! Kudos to the both of you!

Excellent place to store your important things. We've used AAA Storage for over a year and have had no problems with them at all. They have climate controlled units, and an incredibly responsive staff. Also, cookies if you stop by the office. I would 100% recommend AAA Storage.
