Extremely rude and unable to explain what is available for services. Operator says he is not taking new patients and then says there is a nurse practitioner who can prescribe meds. I said ok so can I make an appt? She repeats he is not taking new patients, So what is it can I or can I not have an appt to see someone? Good Lord. I won't go there just because of that rudeness.

Dr Hong perfect score. All staff perfect score. My first time was very comfortable. If you have a wait in any psychiatric clinic be patient people are in crisis. You will get your turn and not be rushed.

UPDATE 11/27/19 I still stand behind my previous post. However after having my consultation with Dr. Hong I would recommend him to anyone. He really is very good at listening and drawing out the issues. He was definitely worth the wait. 11/19/19 Dr. Hong August I scheduled an appointment for 10/18...the day before my appointment I get a call from the doctor’s office canceling the appointment because the office was going to be closed. They rescheduled me for 11/19/19 2pm . The waiting room is SO full there’s no place to sit. I waited 1/2 hour just to be “checked in” and over 1.5 hours before I actually saw the doctor. Absolutely unacceptable and inconsiderate to the patient. This is a production factory and not a doctor’s office.

Extremely helpful and very caring towards my daughter. The wait was not too bad, he takes his time with individuals to understand their needs, that is rare. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
