I asked for a briefing from the duty pharmacist for a muscle relaxer I was prescribed. I also had a prescription for a codeine based cough suppressant on the same order. The briefing just consisted of the pharmacist telling me to take the muscle relaxer every 6 hours. That's it. I asked if I could take the 2 medications he was holding in his hand together. He said yes. Turns out he was wrong as I found out 2 days later. DO BETTER HEB.

Apparently it takes more than four hours to digitally transfer a prescription from CVS and put 30 pills in a container. If the issue is CVS, then they could have told me that and I could have called CVS or gone there to get them to send it. The HEB employees wanted to close up and go home; I was clearly just a burden to them. Their service was atrocious.

Most of my experiences are good. Occasionally I notice an attitude. I get what I need pretty quickly and the pharmacist is kind.

They've always been friendly to me. I haven't had the problem of them not having the medication that was ordered like I did several times at Walgreens. I try to give plenty of time for them to fill the prescriptions. Seems that all the pharmacies are crazy busy these days. My prescriptions have always been ready when I get there
