My 5 yr old Dell Laptop's battery wasn't holding its charge, and had swelled (lifting the mouse-pad and lower keyboard). Matt's knowledgeable, curtious and experienced, and his shop's open on Saturday. He had the battery ordered, replaced it with a fully charged one, and resolved the mouse/keyboard issue. Go to Matt's shop to get your PC issues resolved . . he's great, and prices affordable!

Economy Computer Repair did an excellent job repairing the hard drive on our laptop. Great communication and wonderful service. The repairs were done quickly and we had our laptop back within a day. What I really want to emphasize is how kind Matt was in dealing with my husband and me. We are not computer savvy and I always appreciate when someone treats us so nicely when we are not sure what we are talking about! I would definitely recommend this business without hesitation.

I don’t really know where to begin, to describe my feelings of relief when I first talked with Matt, a computer guru and an angel in my eyes. I had told a friend I needed to give up my very old computer which had System 7 and buy a new computer with System 10, and she recommended Matt. When I talked with him at the shop, he acted like he had all the time in the world. He listened to me, asked me what I used my computer for, and we discussed various options. In the end I bought a refurbished computer at a very reasonable price. Matt transferred my data and my “new” computer was ready the next day. I was very nervous about being able to navigate the new and very different System 10. Matt spent time with me in the shop, giving me a “tour” on my computer, and letting me “drive” so I would remember it all. He was very patient, and he kept saying he wanted me to be confident in using the new system. After I took my computer home and got it up and running, he was still available to answer questions. Thank you, Matt, for your incredible computer expertise and for sharing your knowledge with me. I LOVE my new computer, and you have truly set me on an adventurous path of discovery!

Hi, I didn't have a virus problem. I forgot my administrative password and my laptop bios wasn't allowing me access to the operating system. Well he was able to bypass the BIOS for less than $100.00. I consider that a honest deal. Also, when I returned for something related, I wasn't charged for the service.
