I had a wonderful shopping experience at David's Bridal today. 1st off the return I needed to make was a super quick and easy process to do. Chelsea helped me pick out and try on my dresses and she was such a sweetheart. She listened to what I was looking for, was patient, paid full attention to me, gave me multiple great suggestions, and went above and beyond my expectations. I said yes to my dress today all with the assistance of Chelsea!!

Chelsea was amazing!!! Her kindness and honesty made the total experience stress free as well as fun. Her customer service was so outstanding and very trustworthy that I left there with a particular dress that fit and compliments my personal shape. Sure I arrived prepared with a list of few dresses in mind and wow, none of them were for me lol. Chelsea used her expertise to choose the best styles for me. So glad I had her! Thank you always 💓

I'm posting this under my husbands profile but I loved my dress and the service here was amazing! I felt very taken of and they made sure I found a dress that I loved within my budget! The alterations department did a great job getting my dress to fit perfectly! David's Bridal is a tried a true dress shop and I would highly recommend this location!

So happy! I’ve visited the Davids bridal in Santa Clarita three times trying to find my perfect dress and each time I requested the same woman to help me. Em did an amazing job making me feel comfortable and guiding me through one of the biggest decisions I’ve had to make as an adult. She was patient, kind, and always asked for permission before moving my hair. Em was never pushy and never made me feel stupid for being unsure of myself. Because of her help I found my dream dress and I overall loved each experience I had in this store. Beautiful store, beautiful gowns, and beautiful employees!!!
