I believe they do have annual sites available. You would just have to give them a call. And they do also have storage there as well.

They offer annual sites with or without sewer hookup. There is currently a waiting list. The sooner you get on the better. Without sewer is around $3200 yearly and with sewer is around $3600 yearly.
