Is there going to be water flowing on the weekend?

Its always flowing. During peak summer months, especially on weekends, the gate from Lake Henshaw is opened more for more river rapids and fun for peeps that are camping at La Jolla Reservation.

I would call.. since fire danger is on high they sometimes reserve the water and there wont be much water to flow. More like a stream not a river.

You might want give them a call. Sometimes the water is too low to use the tubes. But there is always water running.
