I'm not sure about that. I would duggest calling them so that it would not be a wasted trip.
Took a friend to the shelter to renew her dogs license.
Iam not sure you would need to call them and ask...they should be able to renew ur lic the cuz it is a animal shelter and that usually where you get the lic at.. Hope that helps
